My work spans commercial strategy, go-to-market planning, distribution, partnerships, licensing and business development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Across my career, I\u2019ve helped businesses enter new markets, strengthen distributor networks and turn commercial plans into practical action. At adidas, beside leading the Wholesale business, I helped expand the Latin American franchise model to more than 200 stores, generating +\u20ac100 million in net sales. <br><br>At Under Armour, I led international expansion and go-to-market work across multiple markets. <br><br>At Spinnova, I helped build the commercial and licensing approach for a new textile technology, including capsule collections with adidas, H&amp;M Group, Marimekko and Bestseller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today, alongside my role as Chief Commercial Officer at NORDShield, I advise textile and sporting goods and FMCG businesses on growth, market expansion and commercial execution. I bring an international perspective, hands-on leadership experience and a focus on building plans that teams and partners can deliver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Based in Madrid, I work with teams and partners across markets.
